Our goal is to ensure 100% client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital services, we have a well-defined refund policy outlined below:
1. General Policy
- All payments made to Zeeno Tech for any of our services are final and non-refundable, except in cases explicitly mentioned in this policy.
- Refunds will only be considered if the service has not been initiated or significant progress has not been made.
- Customized services or software development once started are not eligible for refunds due to the work effort and resources involved.
2. Refunds May Be Granted in the Following Situations:
- If a duplicate payment is made due to technical error.
- If the project is cancelled by Zeeno Tech before development begins.
- If the final delivered product is completely inconsistent with the approved scope and Zeeno Tech is unable to correct it within 15 business days.
3. No Refunds Will Be Offered in the Following Cases:
- Delay in service delivery due to client-side issues (e.g., incomplete information, communication delays).
- Change of mind after payment has been processed and project work has started.
- Digital products, subscriptions, or tool access already delivered or activated.
- Violation of our terms of service or misuse of any product or platform we provide.
4. Escrow Platform Specific Policy
For our escrow-based service platform, Zeeno Tech acts as a neutral third party. Refunds for escrow transactions depend on the service agreement between the buyer and seller. Zeeno Tech will release or refund the escrow amount only as per the dispute resolution process outlined in the escrow platform’s terms.
5. Requesting a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please email us at info@zeenotech.com with the following:
- Full name and email address used during the transaction
- Transaction ID / Invoice number
- Reason for the refund request
We will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
6. Policy Changes
Zeeno Tech reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
